Toepper Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned excavating business that started as D&T Excavating in 1973 in Manhattan, IL by Dick Toepper.  

We incorporated in 2009 as Toepper Enterprises, Inc. when Dick's son, Jamon Toepper, was brought on board as additional owner and we moved the business to Manteno, IL. Jamon has been with the company since 1994 and is the President of Toepper Enterprises, Inc.

The same as day one, we continue to take pride in our work and look forward to building the future together.
